SAUDI ARABIA VISA
Entry Requirements for tourist visa to Saudi Arabia:
- Passport and Visa are required for tourist travel to Saudi Arabia.
- Tourist travel usually not permitted to Saudi
Arabia. If visiting a family or friend residing in Saudi
Arabia, permission from the foreign ministry must be
attained.
Entry Requirements
for Saudi Arabia Business Visa:
Passport and Visa are required for tourist travel to
Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi Arabia business visa is usually issued
for a single entry within 60 days provided the
passport remains valid, for a period of stay not
exceeding 30 days.
1. U.S. Passport, must be signed, and have at least six months remaining validity.
2. One Saudi Arabia Visa Application Form completed and signed.
3. Two passport photographs.
4. One Saudi Arabia Letter of Authorization completed and signed.
5. A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead explaining Nature of business to be performed; Name and address of reference to be visited; Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit. The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
6. An official Electronic Invitation letter from The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs which will show the invitation approval number. The invitation must also show the Saudi company seal and the seal of The Saudi Chamber of Commerce. A clear
e-mail copy may be suitable if an original cannot be easily obtained, but the Consulate may ask for the original.
Saudi Arabia Work Visa
Passport and Visa are required for work travel to
Saudi Arabia.
1. Valid, signed US passport with blank pages for visa and valid 6 months beyond trip. If your passport does not meet these requirements, see our passport services.
2. One One Saudi Arabia Visa Application Form completed and signed.
3. Two passport photographs.
4. A letter from the sponsoring company is required, indicating the Block visa number and date.
5. A copy of the signed employment contract.
6. Copy of College or University Degree, must
correspond to the field of employment together with official transcripts (notarized
and sealed by the registrar's office) and the social
security number of the applicant.
7. Technical Training Certificates, notarized and authenticated by your State Secretary. Technical training Certificates may only be used for non-managerial positions.
8. Police clearance certificate
9. A letter of release if applicant has previously worked in Saudi Arabia
10. Completed original medical report forms with 3 photographs
