Overview


The Validity of the Electronic Uzbekistan e-Visa is for 90 days from the date of issuance and for a maximum stay of 30 days.


The Uzbekistan e-Visa Application must be submitted at least 3 business days before the expected date of arrival into Uzbekistan.


The Processing Time for Uzbekistan e-Visa Applications is normally 3 business days.

 

Eligibility


WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR An E-VISA to Uzbekistan? 

To be able to apply for the Uzbekistan Visa electronically, you must be a citizen of one of the following countries:

In Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia , Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Holland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vatican
In the Americas: Canada and the United States
In Oceania: Australia and New Zealand
In Asia: China, India, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and United Arab Emirates

The following countries do not need a visa to travel to Uzbekistan for a stay of up to 30 days: Japan, Indonesia, Israel, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Turkey.

 

Passport


A Clear Color Scan of Your Currently Valid & Signed Passport must be submitted with your Uzbekistan E-Visa Application.
The passport needs to have a minimum two blank side by side visa pages and must not be expiring 6 months or less from the date you return into the United States.

U.S citizens should note that the last six pages of your U.S. Passport cannot be for entry/exit stamps or visa issuance. These are amendment pages specifically designated for U.S. State Department use only.

If your passport does not meet current Uzbekistan E-Visa Requirements, UVC can process your Application for an E-Visa to Uzbekistan and your application to Renew Your U.S. Passport, to add Additional Passport Pages, or to Get a New U.S. Passport back to back and in time for your trip.

 

Photo


A Clear Color Scan of a Passport Photograph is required for your Uzbekistan E-Visa Application submission.
The photo's should be:

  • in color & not blurry;
  • 2×2 in size;
  • front view with body completely facing forward;
  • on a plain white background;
  • with no glasses or head wear;
  • not older than 90 days;
  • taken at a reputable facility such as Walgreen’s, CVS or Fed Ex.

 

More Important Instructions & Helpful Information


All applicants who will be in Uzbekistan more than 3 days must register their visa online and pay a small tourist tax.

Applicants that will be staying in a hotels or student residence will have their visas automatically registered by these institutions, but applicants staying in an apartment or private residence must register.

This can be done via the electronic registration services portal of the Uzbekistan government at http://www.emehmon.uz/.
