Passport Information: Passport Renewal

You are applying for a passport renewal if:

You still have and can submit your most recent passport. You were 16 years or older when your most current passport was issued. Your current passport is undamaged. Your current passport has not been expired more than 5 years. Step 1: Complete and Submit Form DS-82 Application for Passport Renewal (Complete the Online Passport Form DS-82, then click CREATE FORM button) If for any reason you cannot complete the online Passport application, print the DS-82 Passport Handfill Application and fill out by hand. Step 2: Provide Two Passport Photographs Include two identical passport photos. These must meet the government requirements of being sized 2X2 with a white background, no glasses or head gear. Step 3: Complete & Submit Two Letters of Passport Authorization Print & Complete Two original copies of the Passport Authorization Letter. This form allows us to act as an agent on your behalf. One original goes to the Acceptance Agent and one original goes on the outside of the sealed envelope. Step 4: Complete & Submit One Passport Service Order Form Print and complete the Passport Order Form. Step 5: Submit Proof of Travel Provide an International ticket, e-ticket, itinerary or hotel confirmation for those driving. If traveling on business and no itinerary is available, a letter, signed by someone at the company, on company letterhead, which indicates the dates, location, name of person traveling and purpose of travel will suffice. (Note: You do not have to provide proof of travel if doing 5-10 business day processing) Step 6: Passport Processing Fees Government Fees: Make one check or money order to "US Department of State" for $170.00 (this is the government passport renewal processing fee).
