NIGERIA STR WORK VISA


 

STEP 1: REQUIREMENTS

Things you will need to get a STR work visa for Nigeria.
Gather together the following:

| PASSPORT

Your actual, currently valid & signed passport which must:

  • have a minimum two blank side by side visa pages;
  • not be expiring 6 months or less from the date you leave Nigeria.

Please note that the last six pages of your passport cannot be used for entry/exit stamps or visa issuance. These are amendment pages specifically designated for State Department use only.

If your passport does not meet these requirements, UVC can Renew Your U.S. Passport or get you a New U.S. Passport as quickly as one business day, then process your Nigerian STR Work Visa Application in time for your trip.

| PHOTO'S

Two passport photographs which should be:

  • in color & not blurry;
  • 2×2 in size;
  • front view with body completely facing forward;
  • on a plain white background;
  • with no glasses or head wear;
  • not older than 90 days;
  • taken at a reputable facility such as Walgreen’s, CVS or Fed Ex.

| MEDICAL

Four copies of the international certificate of vaccination against yellow fever.
You will need to have the original yellow fever certificate to present upon arrival in Nigeria.

| REQUIRED STR FORMS

The following forms are required for Nigerian STR work visa submission:

  1. Four certified copies of expatriate quota approval from Nigeria or STR approval from Nigerian Ministry of Internal Affairs;
  2. One original and three copies of the offer of employment letter;
  3. One original and three copies of the acceptance of employment letter;
  4. Four copies of the applicant’s resume;
  5. Four copies of the applicant’s diplomas and certificates;
  6. Four copies of documentation of confirmed accommodations for duration of stay in Nigeria.

STEP 2: FORMS

Forms required to get a STR work visa for Nigeria.
Complete, print & sign the following required documents:

Complete, print, and sign two copies of Online Nigeria Work Visa Application Form.

  • Online Nigeria Work Visa Application

    Important Notes:
    Upon completion of the online application, you will be prompted to pay an online fee of 180.00.
    Once payment is made, please ensure to print the following:
  • Visa Application Form
  • Visa Acknowledgement Slip
  • Visa Payment Slip and/or Payment Receipt from Google Checkout

UVC will need all 3 of these forms for submission to the Nigerian Consulate.

If for whatever reason you cannot complete the Nigeria online visa application, a UVC agent can complete the application for you for an additional 35.00 fee.

| SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

All Nigeria visa documents must be reviewed by a UVC agent prior to shipping.
Please send copies of all required items listed in steps 1 thru 3 via email to info@usvisaconnection.com.

Once they have been reviewed and approved, you will be sent a ship label to send your documents.
