How this contact flow works
When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, chosen service, passport country, optional interview country and question. The website saves your inquiry with an opaque reference number and sends a notification to support@usvisaconnection.com through Resend using the brand’s GovAssist sending domain. Your email address is used as the reply address so the support team can respond. We do not enroll you in marketing. Please do not include passport numbers, government credentials, medical details, documents or payment-card information.
When you contact us
If you send the email or call, the information you provide is processed by the business and its email or support providers to respond to your inquiry, arrange any agreed service and handle support. Contact us to request information about retention, access, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for existing contractual or legal obligations. The separate terms and privacy notice supplied with an existing order continue to apply to that order.
Location and advisory routing
We use an approximate country estimate from our hosting provider to suggest your passport country. Location does not establish nationality: check the suggestion and change it to match your passport. This check uses a same-site connection endpoint; it does not request precise device location or send your details to a separate geolocation service. Visitors detected in India enter the India advisory flow regardless of their selected passport country. An existing India flow link also preserves that advisory route. No separate location answer is required. Your approximate connection country and address are not included in the inquiry email. Your selected passport country is saved with your inquiry. The advisory service scope remains the same in every country.
Hosting, cookies and analytics
The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process connection information, such as IP addresses and technical request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Optional Google Ads measurement remains blocked until you choose “Allow measurement.” If you allow it, Google receives technical connection information, ad-click information, the page path and an opaque inquiry reference when a submission succeeds. We do not send your name, email, passport selection, question or other form contents to Google, and do not enable enhanced conversions or remarketing. Choose “No thanks” to use the site without optional measurement; the inquiry works either way. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the homepage or form footer. Inquiry records and retention
Website inquiry records and delivery references are kept for up to 30 days and cleaned up when new inquiries are processed; if the site has no traffic, cleanup takes place on the next submission. Email/support records are handled by the business under its existing support retention practices. Hourly abuse limits use a one-way connection hash and expire after the hourly window. Resend processes notification emails to deliver them to the support team. No public inquiry lookup or customer list is available on this website.
Your choices
You can leave the widget without submitting anything. Contacting us does not enroll you in marketing, create a paid engagement or submit a government application. Do not use this contact flow for sensitive immigration documents.
