This website takes no payment and creates no subscription or paid service obligation. There is no inquiry charge to refund. You may leave without sending an email or accepting any paid service.

Any later paid service

A written quote must include cancellation and refund terms before you accept or pay. Those terms must identify the service and explain cancellation, any work already delivered, unused sessions, scheduling, no-show arrangements and refund processing. Do not pay or agree to a service if its total fee and terms have not been provided. Applicable consumer rights remain available.

Existing orders

For a purchase made previously, the terms supplied with your original order apply. This website does not change those terms or your existing rights. Contact support with your order reference for a cancellation or refund request. Do not send passport or payment-card details by email.

Government payments

This advisory website does not collect government fees. Payments to a government or its official provider are governed by that provider's policies.
